Custom Fabric covered top hat with Wide gross grain ribbon band, and hand dyed blue/black roses. One of a kind rosette with vintage silver brooch permanently attached to front of hat. Brim is lined with double rows of Gross grain, box pleat trim. Hat size is Medium (see size chart) with elastic band for smaller heads.
